We know you’re going to love our products but if for some (strange reason) you change your mind then no problems you can return it for a full refund within 14 days from receiving your goods. Return postage is not covered by us, so simply follow the instructions below and we will process your refund within 7 days.
1. Items must be unused and in the same condition they arrived at your front door.

along with your order number, reason for refund and contact name. We take no responsibility for your item being returned to us and it going missing so we highly recommend using Registered Post.
3. Once your item is received and the item inspected we will either approve or disapprove your return request.
4. If approved, your payment will be refunded via your original payment method within 7 days.
Bought the wrong detergent, no worries! You can exchange simply by sending your item back to us (you cover postage) and we will ship your other item out with an extra $9.95 shipping cost.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and we will organise a replacement for you. Our friendly Customer Service team will be more than willing to sort it out for you so just shoot through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the problem and ideally a picture if applicable so we can sort quickly for you.
